I AM FROM HERE
I am from the land
of golden corn
and roasted cocoa beans
From temples
gnawed by time
and droughts
Of shamans
who invoked
the gods and the stars
I am from this land
that tastes like tomatoes
potatoes and peanuts
that smells like vanilla
and gets drunk
from time to time
with chicha and masato
I am from the land
where we dance
to the sun of the harvests
and make offerings
to the moon of fertility
I am the harmony
of nature
I am from the jaguar
and the macaw
I am from Pachamama
