that bounces

to lull its sea sirens

Jets of vapor that condense into clouds
of seagulls and gannets
Leaps that explode their
powder magazine of foam and salt
Footsteps banished in
a splash of fins

Chorros de vapor que se
condensan en nubes
de gaviotas y alcatraces
Saltos que explotan su
polvorín de espuma y sal
Pisadas desterradas en
un chapotear de aletas
